About Us
Chagee88 was built from the ground up to meet the needs of sports betting and online casino enthusiasts in Malaysia. From the best sports odds to the most immersive live casino experience — we are here with one goal: to deliver a safe, fair, and thrilling gaming experience to every member across Malaysia.
Who We Are
Chagee88 is more than just another online betting platform. We are a platform built on a deep understanding of how Malaysians seek entertainment, watch sports, and enjoy casino games. The chagee88 founding team is made up of individuals who genuinely understand the tastes and needs of local sports and casino fans — not a foreign company trying to figure out the Malaysian market from a distance.
Since we began operations, chagee88 has upheld three core principles that have never changed: transparency in every transaction, fairness in every game, and security for every member. These are not marketing slogans — they are at the heart of every technical, operational, and service decision we make every day.
Today, chagee88 serves over 285,000 registered members across Malaysia — from Perlis in the north to Sabah and Sarawak in the east. Every member enjoys access to the same platform: a clean, intuitive interface, live-updated odds, a full suite of local payment options, and a support team available in Bahasa Malaysia 24 hours a day.
"chagee88 understands what we want as Malaysian players. The best badminton odds, fast payouts, and support in Bahasa Malaysia — it's hard to find another platform that has all of that."

Six key reasons why over 285,000 Malaysian players trust chagee88
Every transaction at chagee88 is secured with the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by banking institutions. Your personal data and financial information are stored on protected servers and never shared with third parties without your consent. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts as an additional security layer that you can enable at any time.
Chagee88's odds analysts work around the clock to ensure the odds we offer are among the most competitive on the Malaysian market. Our odds-setting algorithm accounts for dozens of variables — current rankings, head-to-head records, weather conditions, player injuries, and more — to produce fair odds that accurately reflect the true probability of each match.
Chagee88 accepts all major Malaysian digital payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks. Deposits start from as low as RM 10 and withdrawals are processed in under 10 minutes. There are no hidden fees for deposits or withdrawals through any of these payment methods.
The chagee88 platform offers in-play betting across all major sports — football, badminton, tennis, NBA, and e-sports. Odds are updated every few seconds based on real-time match developments. You can also follow live match results directly within the platform without switching to another app or website — everything is in one place at chagee88.
Over 80% of chagee88 members access the platform via their smartphones — and we understand just how important that is. The chagee88 interface is designed mobile-first, ensuring every button, odds table, and betting slip works flawlessly on both Android and iOS screens. No separate app download required — access it directly through your mobile browser for a smooth, fast experience.
The chagee88 support team is made up of individuals fluent in Bahasa Melayu who understand the local Malaysian sports context. Whether you have questions about claiming a bonus, rollover requirements, deposit issues, or anything else — we're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via in-platform live chat, email at support@chagee88.biz, and a phone line you can reach at any time.

Our Journey
From a small but passionate team to a platform trusted by over a quarter of a million Malaysians — this is the chagee88 story.
Chagee88 was founded by a team of experienced technology and betting industry experts in Malaysia, with a vision to create a betting platform that truly meets the needs of local players.
Chagee88 launched its Sports Betting platform with full coverage of the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and badminton — the three most popular sports in Malaysia. In-play betting was introduced for the first time, with odds updated in real time.
In response to growing member demand, chagee88 expanded its product offering with high-quality streaming-powered Live Casino and e-sports betting coverage for Dota 2, Mobile Legends, and PUBG.
Chagee88 was among the first platforms in Malaysia to simultaneously integrate Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, and ShopeePay — making deposits and withdrawals easier than ever for all members.
Chagee88 now serves over 285,000 registered members across Malaysia, with a growing support team, expanding match coverage, and platform technology that is continuously improved to deliver the best possible experience for our members.

When you hear the name chagee88, what is the first thing that comes to mind? For most of our members, the answer is: "a platform you can trust." That did not happen by chance. Trust is something chagee88 builds actively, day by day, through every interaction with our members — from the moment someone registers a new account for the first time, to the moment they make their first big withdrawal.
The online betting industry has a mixed reputation in Malaysia — and we understand why some people approach it with caution. Some platforms make bold promises in their ads but make it difficult for players when it comes time to withdraw winnings. Others advertise generous bonuses while hiding terms that are nearly impossible to meet. chagee88 takes a deliberately different and principled approach.
Transparency is not just a value on paper for chagee88 — it is our operating standard. Every promotion we offer comes with clear, realistic terms. Every transaction in your account is fully visible in your account history. If there are any changes to terms or promotions, members will be notified in advance via email and in-platform notifications — never altered quietly without notice.
On the product side, chagee88 focuses on what truly matters to Malaysian players. Football is the number one sport in terms of fan engagement — from Malaysia Super League matches at local stadiums to the EPL watched at mamak stalls every weekend. chagee88 covers over 200 football leagues worldwide, with competitive odds and a wide range of markets to suit every preference. Badminton holds a special place in Malaysian hearts, drawing fierce support whenever the national name is on the line — and chagee88 covers every BWF match with a depth of markets unmatched in Malaysia.
For players who prefer the casino experience, chagee88 offers a Live Casino powered by high-definition video streaming with real human dealers. Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger tables are available around the clock, with table limits suited to all levels — from RM 10 per bet to VIP tables for high-stakes players. slots come in hundreds of titles from leading global providers, spanning diverse themes that celebrate Asian culture and aesthetics.
One of the things that sets chagee88 apart from other platforms in Malaysia is our commitment to responsible gaming — not as a formality, but as a genuine commitment to our members' wellbeing. That is why chagee88 provides a range of self-management tools: daily and weekly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and a self-exclusion option for a period chosen by the member. All these tools are accessible directly from account settings without needing to contact customer support.
Chagee88 also takes our responsibility to the wider community seriously. We support responsible gambling education initiatives and work with relevant bodies to ensure our platform is not misused. Strict age verification — 18 and above — is enforced at registration, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. This is not merely a legal formality; it is a moral obligation we take to heart.
Looking ahead, chagee88 is committed to evolving alongside the growing needs of Malaysian players. We are actively working on continuous platform technology upgrades, expanded match coverage, faster withdrawal speeds, and broader payment method options. Our goal is simple — when Malaysian players think of an online betting platform they can truly rely on, chagee88 is the first name that comes to mind.
